Life continues to go well and I feel like I'm starting to win over the CO on women and microfinance. We might even have a separate day for women to come in and apply. So if anyone knows any good articles, etc, so I can get a better idea of how Grameen does its thing, including how we'd best avoid the men walking off with the cash, lemme know.

I think you should get permission from your CO to contact Grameen Bank directly. This could be a nice PR Coup for them and they would probably respond positively for an information request from you.
